Emily Belezzuoli is a European and American interdisciplinary artist from Southern California, and a recent graduate of the University of California Santa Cruz (2023-2026). Emily completed a B.A. in Art with a printmaking and photography focus, and a B.A. in Film and Digital Media with a production focus.

Her work explores themes of home, time, and memory in order to reconnect with a sense of childlike wonder. Through mixed media and experimentation, Emily allows curiosity of the physical process and material engagement to drive her practice. She follows observations to investigate questions of identity and uncertainty of place, with a desire to create work that is innately human.

Notably, Emily has done photography for organizations such as the Marine Corps, and has exhibited audio work on community radio in New York.

As a former member of the NCAA Tennis Team at UCSC, Emily is reminded how the discipline of repetition and intuition continue to inform her creative practice.
